ON-RAMP PROGRAM
Your Path into CrossFit
Our On-Ramp program is designed for beginners. It consists of 4 personalized sessions of about 30 minutes, one for each stage, where we teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit safely and progressively, setting you up for success.
We get to know your current fitness level, goals, and limitations to build a personalized plan that fits you.
You'll learn the 9 fundamental CrossFit movements with perfect technique before adding any intensity.
You gradually join the regular classes with modifications adapted to your current level.
We celebrate your progress and officially welcome you as a full member of our CrossFit community.
